We're Hiring:
Construction Superintendent ???? We're seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects from the field, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction at every stage.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead subcontractors and field teams on-site Manage project schedules, milestones, and daily site activities Conduct site inspections and enforce safety standards Coordinate inspections, RFIs, submittals, and quality control processes Develop look-ahead schedules and proactively address project challenges Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders Lead subcontractor meetings and drive project progress
Qualifications:
7+ years of commercial construction experience in a Superintendent or similar leadership role Strong scheduling, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt quickly and maintain project momentum in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and team leadership abilities If you're a hands-on construction leader who thrives on delivering successful projects and building strong teams, we'd love to connect. ????
