100% We are seeking an experienced Traveling Construction Superintendent to support federal construction projects across the U.S., primarily with USACE and NAVFAC contracts. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can step into active projects, maintain momentum, and ensure full compliance with federal standards while managing field operations from start to finish. You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality projects on schedule, while maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality control, and government regulations. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities for federal projects Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and project stakeholders to ensure efficient execution Maintain project schedules, budgets, and daily reporting Ensure compliance with
