About the Role As Project Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, managing field operations, and driving successful project execution from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics Maintaining project schedules and ensuring milestones are achieved Enforcing safety protocols and maintaining compliance with company standards Conducting site inspections and ensuring quality control throughout construction Collaborating with Project Managers, clients, consultants, and design teams Leading subcontractor meetings and resolving field-related issues proactively Managing project documentation, site reporting, and daily logs Reviewing drawings and identifying potential construction conflicts Supporting successful project delivery while maintaining a strong on-site culture About the Requirements 5-10+ years' experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects successfully Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and site coordination Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and fast-paced project environments Experience with construction management software and field technology tools Strong understanding of OSHA and jobsite safety requirements Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required Why Apply?
