Position Overview The Superintendent will serve as the lead on-site construction professional responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of ultra-luxury custom homes ranging from $5M
  • 10M+.
Projects often include complex architectural detailing, steel integration, advanced building systems, custom millwork, and high-end finishes. This role requires a hands-on construction leader with deep knowledge of residential building practices, strong field leadership, and the ability to proactively manage schedules, subcontractors, quality, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Oversee all on-site construction activities from pre-construction through project completion and warranty Manage daily subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and jobsite execution Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite environment Conduct daily quality control walks to ensure work meets plans, specifications, and company standards Coordinate critical construction sequencing including foundations, framing, steel installation, waterproofing, and finish work Collaborate closely with Project Managers to resolve issues and maintain project schedules Utilize Procore for daily logs, documentation, punch lists, and field communication Proactively identify and solve construction challenges before they impact schedule or quality Mentor and support junior field staff and other Superintendents as needed Qualifications Experience & Technical Knowledge 7+ years of experience managing high-end custom residential projects or comparable luxury construction Strong understanding of construction sequencing, structural systems, and building science Experience with steel construction and complex architectural details preferred Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and civil plans Proven experience successfully delivering ultra-custom homes Leadership & Communication Strong leadership presence with the ability to hold subcontractors accountable while maintaining positive relationships Coachable, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Excellent communication and organizational skills Technology & Organization Experience using construction management software such as Procore or Buildertrend Strong documentation and reporting abilities Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Excel and Word Why This Opportunity?
