This role is ideal for someone who can confidently build accurate project estimates while also managing execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Duties Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout Lead estimating efforts including takeoffs, bid preparation, and cost analysis Review drawings, specs, and scope to develop accurate and competitive bids Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, and scope proposals Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and field teams Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls Track costs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure profitability Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations Enforce safety standards and quality control procedures Lead meetings and provide updates to clients, stakeholders, and leadership Identify risks early and adjust plans to keep projects on track Manage client relationships and expectations from bid through completion Experience 3+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager Strong estimating experience- including takeoffs, pricing, and bid development Proven ability to manage both pre-construction and active construction phases Experience working with subcontractors and managing multiple projects simultaneously Government project experience (NAVFAC, Army Corps, etc.) is a plus Proficiency with construction management and estimating software Solid knowledge of job cost accounting and budgeting Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to pass an extensive background check

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
