The Role:

We are looking to engage an experienced Electrical Supervisor to support delivery across major HV infrastructure and substation projects. This role will see you working closely with the Site Manager, taking responsibility for coordinating site teams and driving works across multiple work fronts. This is a hands-on supervisory role within live power environments, requiring strong planning, leadership, and safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate small teams across electrical installation work fronts Ensure all works are delivered on time, within quality standards, and to budget Forward plan labour, materials, plant, and engineering requirements Work closely with site management to manage programme and mitigate delays Maintain strict adherence to QEHS procedures and site safety rules Coordinate with other contractors to ensure safe and efficient site operations Assist with documentation, reporting, and project milestone tracking

Experience Required:

Electrical apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)

Minimum:

1+ year supervisory experience, OR 2+ years site experience within power / construction environments Strong background in electrical installation within substations, HVDC, or power generation Experience working on Electricity Supply Industry (ESI) projects Proven ability to lead teams and manage site activities

Strong leadership and team coordination skills Proactive and solutions-driven mindset Ability to work independently and within a wider delivery team Good IT skills (Word, Excel, reporting tools) Effective communicator across all site levels
