Job Description

General Manager - Residential Services An established and growing residential services company is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations, financial performance, and team development for a high-growth business unit. This role is ideal for a strong operational leader who understands how to drive profitability while building a high-performing, accountable team culture. The General Manager will oversee daily business operations, lead department managers and staff, and play a key role in strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across service, sales, and administrative departments Analyze and manage P&L performance, identify trends, and implement actionable improvement strategies Drive operational efficiency, revenue growth, and overall business performance Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop technicians, sales professionals, and office staff Establish accountability and performance expectations across all departments Monitor KPIs and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction, profitability, and team performance Partner with ownership/executive leadership on business planning and growth initiatives Foster a positive, motivated, and results-driven culture Qualifications Previous leadership experience within residential services or home services industries required Strong financial acumen with the ability to read, interpret, and manage P&Ls Proven experience leading multi-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Strong people leadership skills with a focus on coaching, accountability, and team development Operationally minded with a track record of improving processes and business performance Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Background Experience in industries such as: HVAC Plumbing Electrical Roofing Restoration Other residential home services Competitive compensation package includes base salary, performance incentives, and benefits. Pay:
$120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
