Life Insurance Paid Time Off Advancement Opportunities $80,000-$121,000/ year Employment Type & Shifts Full Time Direct Hire 1st Shift Job Responsibilities Works with the Sr. Project Manager to provide overall management in all phases of construction for one of more commercial electrical projects and develops new business opportunities relative to the particular Client, group of Clients or geographical area. Manages projects in a manner that exceeds our customers expectations and ensured that our work adheres to NEC, company safety policies. And SHA mandates requirements. Works with the Sr. Project Manager to establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy. Represents company in project meetings and assist in labor negotiations, strategy meetings. Manages financial aspects of contracts to protect company's interest and simultaneously maintains good relationship with clients. Ability to perform takeoffs and pricing for change orders and project related work. Work is performed on the Project Site Qualifications 5 or more years electrical construction project management experience in all phases of electrical projects $10M+ including mission critical, ground up construction and remodeling. BS degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering preferred. Valid Electrical License on Journeyman or Masters level strongly preferred. Proficient computer, communications (oral and written), and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Accubid, Blue Beam, Procore, CX Alloy, BIM360, MS Project, P6, and other industry standard software. Business knowledge of vendors in retrospective electrical construction industry. Ability to travel. Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check and MVR check. Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $38.46 - $58.17 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
