Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. In this role, you will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution, ensuring all phases align with client specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations. Your leadership will drive project success by fostering collaboration among teams, managing resources effectively, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Duties Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Procore and Autodesk. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met throughout all phases. Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to stay on track with deadlines and budgets. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards. Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information),submittals, daily reports, look ahead schedules, and progress updates to keep all stakeholders informed. Lead project meetings to facilitate communication among team members, resolve issues promptly, and ensure alignment on project goals. Serve as primary client contact throughout the project Track time management metrics to optimize productivity while adhering to project schedules. Ensure all work complies with contractual obligations while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency. Experience Proven experiences in construction project management, contract administration, and scheduling Strong ability to manage project budgets and financial reporting Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction drawings is required for effective coordination. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Excellent time management skills coupled with the ability to lead teams effectively across diverse tasks. Experience working directly on construction sites is highly desirable for practical insight into field operations. Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Minimum 3 years commercial construction experience
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
