Job Description
Prospect Waterproofing is a Commercial Roofing, Waterproofing and Architectural Sheet Metal Contractor located in the greater Washington DC metro area. Currently we have an opening available for an experienced Field Superintendent with a new or remedial construction background. Successful candidate must be able to: Understand contract specifications and drawings Effectively supervise multiple crews and multiple projects Control labor and material costs within budget Follow and enforce company and project safety requirements Communicate effectively verbally and in writing Able to pass Government qualifications and background checks Pass driving record check Benefits include: Health Insurance PTO, Personal Time Off Company Vehicle Holidays Profit Sharing 401K Salary Commensurate With Experience.
