Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor/Foreman to oversee construction projects and ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. We are willing to train on the septic/sewer aspect of this position. This role requires effective management of teams, resources, and project timelines while maintaining a safe working environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction teams on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. Utilize software tools for project management and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on the construction site. Communicate effectively with subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders regarding project progress and any issues that arise. Maintain accurate records of contracts, change orders, and other essential documentation related to the project pipeline. Experience Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is essential. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while ensuring project quality. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail in managing contracts and project timelines.
Requirements:

  • Flexibility:
    We are a service company and have emergency calls to answer
  • Ability to lift up to 80#'s
  • Ability to follow all requirements/procedures for safe work, company security, environmental protection and loss control.
  • Fluent in English, oral and written
Hours Per Week:
40-50 per week
