Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized Construction Project Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented construction administrative professional who enjoys supporting fast-moving residential, commercial, and office construction projects from planning through closeout. The Construction Project Coordinator will serve as a key communication link between project managers, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to project success by keeping documentation accurate, schedules moving, and communication clear across all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong follow-through, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities
  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination and administration of construction projects from startup through completion.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, permits, insurance certificates, and project correspondence.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, deadlines, budgets, invoices, and cost-related documentation to help projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, field personnel, vendors, and internal project teams.
  • Schedule meetings, site visits, inspections, material orders, vendor activities, and other project-related tasks.
  • Support project closeout activities, including punch lists, warranty documentation, final records, and project status reporting. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
