Offered Wage Range:
$18.23-$19.71 per/hr.
Full Wage Range:
$18.23 - $48.59 per/hr. The full wage range reflects the maximum potential earnings available through long-term progression under the company pay structure and is included to comply with Washington State pay transparency requirements. Position Summary The On-Site Apartment Manager is responsible for the daily oversight and operation of assigned apartment properties. This position ensures that buildings, grounds, and common areas are maintained in a safe and clean condition while supporting positive tenant relations and compliance with housing regulations and agency policies. The on-site manager serves as contact for residents and may assist with, move-ins and move-outs, routine inspections, maintenance requests, and communication between tenants, maintenance staff, and agency leadership.   •  Serve as a contact for tenants and respond to questions, concerns, and maintenance requests.
  •  Maintain professional and respectful communication with residents while enforcing lease agreements, property rules, and agency policies.
  •  Assist with leasing activities including unit showings, application coordination, and move-in and move-out processes.
  •  Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and document property conditions and damages when applicable.
  •  Maintain accurate tenant records, incident reports, and documentation of maintenance requests.

  •  Conduct routine property inspections to ensure buildings and grounds meet safety and health standards.
  •  Monitor the condition of units, common areas, and exterior grounds and report maintenance needs.
  •  Coordinate with maintenance staff to schedule repairs and maintenance work.
  •  Assist with preparing vacant units for occupancy including coordinating cleaning, minor repairs, painting, and inspections.
  •  Monitor building security and report safety concerns promptly.
  •  Completes snow removal and de-icing of the property.
  •  Maintain lawn care, including weeding, mowing, and weed eating.
  •  Maintain basic inventory of cleaning supplies and property-related materials.
  •  Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and safety trainings as required. Operations & Compliance
  •  Maintain organized records including tenant communications, inspections, and property documentation.
  •  Assist in ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations and agency policies.
  •  Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Required Education or Experience:
Two years of experience in property management, maintenance, customer service, or a related field OR Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Experience working with multi-family housing, affordable housing programs, or community services is preferred.
Required Certification and Licenses:
  • Acceptable completion of a criminal history background check.
  • To support operational needs and compliance requirements, this position is expected to be performed within the State of Washington.
