Position Summary RLM Underground is seeking an experienced Telecom Construction Manager to oversee construction projects in Kalama, WA. We're looking for individuals with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Construction Managers must be at the job site while crews are drilling. Manage construction sites to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications Lead and direct ground crews on daily operations Maintain strong relationships with customers and homeowners, professionally addressing complaints and restoration concerns Ensure all work aligns with approved plans, procedures, and timelines Prepare redline drawings and daily progress reports Oversee job site procurement (e.g., straw, seed, tools, batteries, tarps, paint) Monitor and update project schedules Conduct daily inspections of company vehicles, equipment, and job site conditions Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, equipment, and vehicles Daily production reporting via PM tool RLM Underground is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Requirements:
