Multifamily Construction Superintendent

Job Overview Corduroy Properties WA LLC is hiring a Multifamily Superintendent to run a 50-unit ground-up apartment project in Kelso, WA. This is an onsite role responsible for managing daily construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering the project from sitework through completion. This is a project-based position, with employment expected through completion of the project. There may be opportunities to continue with future projects based on performance and company needs.

Responsibilities:

Manage all day-to-day onsite construction activities Coordinate and schedule subcontractors Ensure work is completed on time and to spec Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Work with inspectors and city officials to complete inspections Manage punch list and project closeout Track progress, RFIs, and field issues Qualifications / Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent with a focus on multifamily residential projects or similar large-scale developments. Strong knowledge of construction management practices, including scheduling, budgeting, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, contract administration and ability to manage multiple trades onsite. Ability to read technical drawings accurately and interpret construction schematics efficiently. Strong communication skills for clear coordination among team members and stakeholders. Valid driver's license Must be able to provide a summary of past multifamily projects (including size, scope, and role) upon request Preferred Requirements Experience running multiple 50+ unit multifamily projects (ground-up preferred) 7-10+ years of construction supervision experience Compensation W2: $80,000 - $120,000 salary (DOE) 1099: Competitive hourly or project rate About Corduroy Properties WA LLC Corduroy Properties WA LLC develops and builds residential projects with a focus on quality execution and straightforward project delivery.
