Full Job Description Position:
Project Manager needed for a construction company.
Location:
Seattle, WA Schedule:
Full-Time. Monday-Friday.
Duties:
1. Manage new construction projects from start to finish. 2. Oversee day to day operations, inspections, subcontractors, and job-site coordination. 3. Manage daily operations and new construction job-sites. 4. Ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget according to plans/building codes. 5. Ensure compliance and with all building codes and safety requirements.
Requirements:
1. Must have 5-10 years experience in project management for construction. 2. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus! 3. Familiar with building codes. 4. Must have a car/driver's license. 5. Strong knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and new construction. 6. Experience managing subcontractors and inspections.
Compensation:
$6,000-$7,000 per month depending on experience plus bonuses.
Pay:
$6,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
