Viewpoint Spectrum OR Equivalent Software Proficiency 2-5 years as an HVAC/Plumbing Estimator OR Project Manager Strong experience with multi-fam new construction, high-rise AND low-rise Self-motivated attitude, teachable mentality, and coachable spirit You know as well as I do that this industry is recession-proof since every bank, church, and skyscraper requires Fire Protection, Plumbing, and Mechanical Services.
