Key Responsibilities Project Lifecycle Management:
Manage all phases of infrastructure projects from initial scoping through construction and final close-out.
Budget & Schedule Control:
Prepare, monitor, and update project budgets and schedules; manage project expenditures and cash flow. Candidate plays a key role in planning, monitoring, and controlling project schedules from preconstruction through closeout
Contract & Bid Administration:
Prepare RFPs (Request for Proposals), evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor/subcontractor performance.
Permitting & Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and local/state/federal laws.
Stakeholder Communication:
Present project updates as required
Required Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience:
3-10+ years of experience in managing construction projects, particularly municipal or public sector work.
Technical Skills:
Highly proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS mapping, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge:
Understanding of public contracting, purchase orders and scheduling
