Key Responsibilities:

Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project schedules. Supervise and coordinate the schedules of subcontractors, tradespeople, and construction crews to maximize productivity and efficiency. Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions. Manage materials, equipment, and resources effectively to support construction activities. Communicate regularly with project managers to provide updates and address any concerns. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an on-site commercial construction superintendent or similar role in the construction industry. Thorough understanding of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire on-site teams to achieve project goals. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
