293429402 Job Description West Sound Workforce is partnering with a well-established self-storage company to hire a temporary Assistant Site Manager supporting multiple North Kitsap storage locations. This customer-facing role works closely with the Site Manager to support daily site operations, customer rentals, tenant communication, payment processing, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where customer service and attention to detail are essential. Training will be provided.

Shift Information:

Monday - Friday 9am - 1pm Every other Saturday required What you will do as

Assistant Site Manager:

Support daily self-storage site operations and customer service Assist customers with rentals, payments, move-ins, and tenant inquiries Maintain site organization, cleanliness, and curb appeal Perform property walkthroughs, lock checks, and basic site audits Provide coverage and customer support to site locations What we are looking for: Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable learning new systems and technology Ability to work independently after training Valid driver's license preferred and flexibility to travel between nearby sites as needed Benefits available to temporary and temp-to-hire employees includes sick leave accrued at 1 hour per 40 hours worked; paid Family & Medical leave (per Washington State); 401K after eligibility; holiday pay and vacation bonus after eligibility; and opt-in for health insurance, personal Aflac and life insurance plans available.
