JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing overall project management support for several small to medium projects or on one very large project. Provide overall supervision and technical management on construction project sites from bid preparation through job close out documentation to the customer. The Senior Project Manager shall be responsible for all the major responsibilities and essential job functions. They may choose to delegate to more appropriate persons on their team, however they ultimately are responsible.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS A

working knowledge of electrical construction at a level normally acquired through completion of five-year electrical apprentice program; and 5+ years' experience in a project management position in construction industry.

Provides safety leadership Contract administration Project set-up Site labor coordination and scheduling Budgeting and estimating Documentation/submittals/O & M's Coordinate purchasing and sub-contracts Production tracking Quality control/quality assurance Project cost control and billing Project cost to complete/forecasting Project change orders Project closeout Internal/external communication Perform additional duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Offering $175,000 - $235,000 Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company paid term life insurance and AD&D coverage 401k retirement plan with employer match and company contribution. PTO accrual of up to 120 hours in a full year (subject to plan terms thereafter) 7 company paid holidays
