Project Management Construction Management (PMCM)
Senior Manager Company:
The Boeing Company Boeing's Projects, Assets, Construction, and Engineering (PACE) organization is seeking a Senior Manager - Project Management Construction Management (PMCM) to lead a geographically dispersed, high-performing team of project and construction management subject matter experts, people leaders, individual contributors, and contracted partners. This is a high-visibility role with responsibility for supporting a significant portfolio of PACE projects and strategic initiatives. The Senior Manager will partner closely with business unit and enterprise stakeholders to drive strong relationships, sound execution, and positive business outcomes. Success in this role requires deep expertise and hands-on experience in project and construction management, facilities and infrastructure development, contracting methodologies, financial management, long-range planning, and executive-level communication, along with a proven ability to build trusted business partnerships. Position Responsibilities:
Lead a high-performing team consisting of mid-level and senior managers to deliver on multi‑billion construction programs Create and execute integrated plans, policies, and strategies for large-to-medium construction projects Secure and allocate resources, manages suppliers, and drives process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity Influence, build and sustain stakeholder, partner, and team relationships to ensure alignment and collaboration Oversee and approve technical approaches, products, and processes; support source selection, budgeting, and scheduling to optimize outcomes Manage, develop, and motivate a diverse project management team, promoting excellence and continuous improvement Able to travel domestically up to 25% Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 10+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders 10+ years of experience in Project or Construction Management 10+ years of experience leading or managing large or complex teams of managers and/or non-management employees 10+ years of experience working with and developing a Long Range Business Plan (LRBP) Experience leading, influencing and providing strategic counsel to business partners, colleagues and leaders Domestic travel up to 25% Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Degree in one of the following disciplines: Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related technical field 10+ years of experience in strategic planning 10+ years of experience with Executive communications 10+ years of experience with oversight of budgets and financial data 10+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, and developing others 10+ years of experience leading teams of both contracted service providers and direct hire personnel
