Ethan Home Repair & Remodeling is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee residential remodeling and repair projects. This role is ideal for someone with a servant's heart who leads with confidence, communicates effectively, and ensures every project is completed with excellence, professionalism, and attention to detail. The Field Superintendent will manage day-to-day field operations, including supervising and developing crews and subcontractors, coordinating schedules, maintaining quality and safety standards, and owning the customer service experience throughout each project. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in residential construction, with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong communication and accountability.

Compensation Salary Range:

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Oversee residential remodeling and repair projects from start to completion Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field crews Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget Conduct regular job site inspections to maintain quality standards Communicate project updates with homeowners, team members, and leadership Review project plans, scopes of work, and material needs Identify and proactively solve project issues before they escalate Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations Track progress, document projects, and maintain accurate records Scheduling inspections and coordinating project timelines Uphold company standards for professionalism and customer satisfaction Develop and train field teams

Qualifications:

Minimum 10yrs field carpentry experience across multiple trade disciplines Experience as a Lead Carpenter, Foreman, Superintendent, or other field-based construction leadership role Comprehensive knowledge of local building codes Strong knowledge of residential construction, remodeling, and repair means/methods Excellent grammar and spelling skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Experience working with subcontractors and managing schedules Proficiency with construction management software and mobile technology Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to read blueprints and construction plans Ability to pass drug and background screenings About Company Ethan Home Repair & Remodeling is dedicated to helping homeowners improve, repair, and transform their homes through high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional service.
