As a key leader on-site, you will coordinate teams, manage subcontractors, oversee scheduling, and maintain strict adherence to safety protocols. Your expertise in construction management and site supervision will drive project success and client satisfaction. !! Responsibilities Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and specifications. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams to maintain productivity and quality standards. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and deadlines. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of project plans. Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections. Monitor project budgets, track costs, and manage procurement processes using HeavyBid or comparable estimating tools. Conduct quality control inspections, ensuring work meets all specifications, codes, and client expectations. Maintain comprehensive documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and progress updates. Collaborate with project managers on contract administration, change management, and risk mitigation strategies. Utilize tools like Ohmmeter for electrical testing when required; ensure all work adheres to technical standards. Requirements Proven experience in construction site supervision with a strong background in construction management practices. Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling software such as Primavera P6; proficiency in managing project timelines is essential. Familiarity with construction estimating software like HeavyBid; ability to interpret blueprints and schematics accurately. Demonstrated supervising experience on large-scale projects with a focus on safety, quality control, and budget adherence. Strong understanding of contracts, project management principles, and OSHA safety standards. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics; experience with construction site equipment including ohmmeters is preferred. Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
