Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wenatchee, WA and surrounding areas for a Construction Superintendent. The Construction Superintendent will oversee all aspects of daily construction site operations, ensuring that projects remain on schedule and within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
Supervising subcontractors and on-site staff Ensuring compliance with safety standards Resolving on-site challenges Maintaining accurate project documentation Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations Qualifications Proficiency in construction site management and ensuring safety compliance Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and resources Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges and maintain workflow efficiency Familiarity with construction project software/tools is a plus Proven hands-on experience in the construction industry with a track record of successful project completions
