As a Site Supervisor , you'll be the face of Squatch Roofing , ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while having the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses through field marketing. What You'll Do Be the face of Squatch Roofing on job sites and in neighborhoods Get homeowners and neighbors excited about our brand Oversee roofing projects on-site from start to finish Ensure top-quality work, safety, and clean job sites Deliver an outstanding customer experience Support field marketing efforts and help generate referrals What We're Looking For Excellent Communication Skills
  • You'll be the bridge between crews, customers, and neighbors. Integrity & Leadership
  • We value honesty and transparency with both customers and subcontractors. Some Construction Experience
  • Roofing or general construction experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is just as important! Comfortable with Heights
