Project Manager (Level I-II) - Civil /
Structural Construction Location:
Pacific Northwest Compensation:
$80,000 - $115,000 + Matching 401(K) + Company Vehicle About the Role We are seeking a Project Manager to support and lead civil and structural construction projects ranging from $2M to $20M . This role is structured to grow into a Senior Project Manager position with increasing responsibility and leadership. What You'll Do Manage project financials including cost tracking, forecasting, and budgeting Lead subcontractor coordination and procurement Oversee project schedules and ensure milestone adherence Manage RFIs, submittals, and contract documentation Work directly with Superintendents to drive field execution Support estimating and preconstruction efforts as needed What We're Looking For 3-5 years of construction experience (civil or structural preferred) Experience supporting or managing project financials, scope, and risk management Ability to manage multiple suppliers and subcontractors Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency with construction management software (BlueBeam, HeavyBid, HeavyJob, Agtek, MS Project, etc.) Preferred Experience Heavy civil, structural concrete, or site development Experience on projects $5M+ Exposure to negotiated work or alternative delivery Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $80,000 - $115,000 (DOE) Company Vehicle Health, dental, vision insurance 401(k) with company match Clear path to Senior Project Manager Why Join Us Strong backlog of work in the region Opportunity to grow into leadership roles Diverse project portfolio (civil + structural) Collaborative team environment with experienced leadership
