The Site Supervisor provides leadership to staff, maintains compliance with state licensing regulations, supports families, and oversees the implementation of educational programs and center policies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Program Operations Oversee the daily operation of the childcare center. Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations and center policies. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for children and staff. Monitor classroom activities to ensure developmentally appropriate practices are implemented. Assist with enrollment, tours, and family orientation. Staff Supervision Supervise, support, and mentor teaching staff. Create and maintain staff schedules and classroom coverage. Conduct staff observations and performance evaluations. Facilitate staff meetings and ongoing professional development. Ensure proper staff-to-child ratios are maintained at all times. Family Engagement Build positive relationships with families. Address parent concerns and questions professionally and promptly. Communicate center policies, events, and child progress updates. Support family involvement in center activities. Compliance and Administration Maintain required child and staff records. Ensure health, safety, and emergency procedures are followed. Monitor attendance, incident reports, medication logs, and other required documentation. Prepare for licensing visits and inspections. Support CACFP, subsidy, and other program requirements as applicable. Child Development and Curriculum Support teachers in implementing curriculum and lesson plans. Promote positive behavior guidance techniques. Ensure children's developmental needs are being met. Observe classrooms and provide coaching when needed. Leadership Serve as the center leader in the Director's absence. Promote teamwork and a positive workplace culture. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff. Help achieve center enrollment and quality goals. Qualifications Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Meets state licensing requirements for a Site Supervisor position. Experience working in a licensed childcare setting. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain). Ability to pass required background checks.

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
