Full‑Time CoWorx Staffing is seeking a proactive and results‑driven Site Supervisor to manage recruitment, workforce operations, and employee relations at a client site. This onsite role is critical to ensuring staffing levels, compliance, and operational excellence while delivering an exceptional experience to both our client and field talent. This role will sit onsite in Appleton WI but will require regular travel to Kenosha, Deforest and Caledonia locations. Why CoWorx? Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Workforce Management Identify and execute all recruitment activities necessary to maintain a strong, qualified talent pool aligned with client needs Manage full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, hiring, placement, and retention Meet or exceed recruitment metrics while maintaining compliance with all internal processes and guidelines Update and maintain applicant tracking systems and required documentation with accuracy and timeliness Ensure prompt completion of administrative responsibilities, including responding to phone calls, emails, text messages, walk‑ins, and employment inquiries Actively participate in unemployment hearings and Workers' Compensation processes and policies as required onsite Conduct regular walkthroughs of the facility to monitor workforce performance, address employee concerns, and strengthen employee relations Performance, Accountability & Leadership Demonstrate a strong understanding of client expectations, site operations, and workforce objectives Consistently meet or exceed performance goals related to recruitment, compliance, and workforce productivity Serve as an escalation point for onsite challenges, modeling best practices and driving consistent execution Foster a team‑oriented environment by providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure smooth daily operations Collaboration & Values Operate as part of one team with one mission , supporting colleagues and contributing to shared goalsChampion CoWorx's Three S's:
