We incorporate tools like Procore and Microsoft Project to keep projects organized and communication transparent, while maintaining close coordination with owners, developers, designers, and trade partners. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout with a strong focus on estimating, financial performance, client communication, and overall project success. This role works within a structured team environment where field execution, administration, and business development are clearly defined. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the estimating and bid process for assigned projects
  • Develop detailed budgets, scopes, and bid packages
  • Manage project budgets and ensure overall profitability
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients during project execution
  • Lead subcontractor buyout and contract management
  • Track costs, change orders, and financial performance
  • Coordinate with Field Operations Manager and Superintendents
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
  • Support project closeout and final documentation Qualifications
  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Strong estimating and preconstruction experience
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and financial management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with Procore or similar software preferred What Success Looks Like
