Responsible to assist in maintaining employment in an integrated/community work setting by providing job skills training and systematic instruction. This includes ongoing and/or periodic coaching. Helps create an environment that supports learning, social interaction and positive relationships. Assists with crisis prevention and intervention. ASPIRO is looking for a independent applicant who has a drive to enhance the quality of life for others. Having compassion while being quick on their feet is a bonus!
