We're seeking a Construction Project Manager II to help lead mid-sized commercial projects while partnering with senior team members on larger, more complex work. Key Responsibilities:

Help lead commercial construction projects from planning through completion Support project success through schedule coordination, cost management, and risk mitigation Maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and project teams Ensure projects meet quality expectations and safety standards Assist in managing project documentation, budgets, and timelines Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes

Qualifications & Background:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of commercial construction experience; previous project management experience preferred Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a team environment Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore is a plus High initiative and willingness to continue learning and growing Interested?
