Project Superintendent

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry. Experience in Commercial siding installation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations specific to roofing, siding, decks & windows.
• Experience with James Hardie Siding
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Buildertrend
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage and train a team as well as motivate others.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills & outgoing personality. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Clean driving record
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Duties:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with appropriate individuals to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
• Bonus opportunities based on performance throughout the year.
