- Annual salary is $110-135k Project Manager
- Annual salary is $110-147k Senior Project Manager
- Annual salary is $120-150k These are direct-hire opportunities with full benefits available!
- Lead preconstruction efforts from project pursuit through turnover to the construction team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare site logistics plans, conceptual schedules, and general conditions estimates.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and develop comprehensive cost estimates across all building systems.
- Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor bids to ensure competitive and complete pricing.
- Coordinate MEPFP systems during preconstruction and ensure quality control throughout the process.
- Maintain and utilize historical cost data and schedule information to inform future estimates.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration
- Partner closely with Project Management teams to ensure seamless project handoffs.
- Organize and lead project kick-off meetings, including preparation of agendas and documentation of minutes.
- Participate in client-facing preconstruction meetings and presentations.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience in project management and/or estimating for a Construction Manager or General Contractor; OR
- High school diploma or GED with 10+ years of relevant experience in project management and/or estimating within a Construction Manager or General Contractor environment. Qualifications
- Strong understanding of construction systems, estimating, scheduling, and project management principles.
- Experience with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), BIM platforms, Pantera, Destini Estimator, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
