Construction Management ProCore Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Provide on-site leadership to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project goals Oversee daily field operations, including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and quality control Enforce safety standards and promote a strong culture of safety on-site Partner with Project Managers to develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and timelines Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets plans, specifications, and quality expectations Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain productivity and workflow

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Superintendent within the construction industry Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and enforcement on active job sites OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is a plus
