Responsibilities Lead and supervise gutter installation crews, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Read and interpret diagrams Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely to install gutters, downspouts, fascia, and related components. Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and clients to ensure specifications are met and quality standards are maintained throughout the installation process. Conduct site inspections to verify proper installation techniques, safety compliance, and quality control measures. Utilize construction estimating skills to assist in project planning, material procurement, and cost management. Perform related tasks such as caulking, trim carpentry, fixture installation, restoration work, and minor masonry or concrete finishing as needed for seamless integration of gutter systems. Experience Proven experience in construction site management or lead roles within exterior or roofing projects. Extensive knowledge of construction methods including roofing, siding, fascia work, and general carpentry. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating tools like Bluebeam. Hands-on experience operating gutter machine, power tools, heavy equipment, scaffolding, and hand tools safely on various construction sites. Strong background in construction inspection procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations. Skills in plumbing or electrical work are a plus for integrating gutter systems with drainage or lighting components.
