We pride ourselves on consistency, professionalism, and empowering our frontline teams to succeed. We are seeking a full-time Site Manager to oversee operations at a large outdoor outlet mall . This person will lead the onsite custodial team, coordinate daily with facility maintenance staff, respond quickly to customer needs, and ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery. Position Summary The Site Manager is responsible for daily operations, staff oversight, quality control, and customer service interaction. The ideal candidate is flexible, dynamic, proactive, and highly responsive — someone who thrives in an environment where needs can change hour-to-hour and communication is constant. This role requires excellent coordination with the mall's facility maintenance team and an ability to address issues in real time.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations & Quality Control Oversee day-to-day cleaning activities across the outlet mall Ensure completion of routes, zones, and scheduled tasks Perform quality inspections and address issues immediately Adjust staffing or task assignments in real time as conditions change Team Leadership Supervise, coach, and support the custodial team Train employees on standards, procedures, and safety Monitor attendance and ensure shift coverage Maintain a professional, positive team culture Customer & Facility Coordination Serve as the primary onsite contact for mall management and facility maintenance Respond quickly and professionally to requests, concerns, or emerging needs Communicate clearly and consistently with customer representatives Participate in daily touchpoints or walk-throughs as requested Communication & Escalation Use radio/walkie communication as the primary method of real-time coordination Provide timely updates to Skyward leadership on issues or staffing needs Escalate matters promptly and appropriately to avoid delays or service gaps Administrative & Compliance Maintain accurate timekeeping and staffing records Ensure all safety protocols and lock-up procedures are followed Document incidents, corrective actions, and operational updates Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management Required Qualifications 1+ years of supervisory experience in facilities, cleaning, maintenance, hospitality, or service operations Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills Ability to pivot quickly, solve problems, and manage changing demands Reliable, responsible, and proactive under pressure Comfortable using walkie/radio communication and digital tools Authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Experience in commercial cleaning, retail facilities, or outdoor mall operations Strong relationship-building skills with customers and maintenance teams Ability to train and hold staff accountable consistently Schedule Full-time Flexibility required for weekends, evenings, or holidays based on mall needs Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay at $23/hr or salary, based on experience Opportunity for overtime Growth opportunities within Skyward Supportive, hands-on leadership team How to Apply Please submit your résumé through Indeed and email: Qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
