About Us Feiner Construction is a locally owned, fast‑growing construction and remediation company serving rural Wisconsin. We take pride in quality workmanship, honest communication, and supporting our customers through both planned projects and unexpected damage. We're looking for a Lead Construction Supervisor who can take charge of job sites, guide crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards.
  • Position Overview The Lead Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations on residential and commercial job sites. This role includes managing crews, coordinating materials and equipment, communicating with customers, and ensuring all work meets company expectations. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, organized, and confident leading a team.
  • Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead construction crews on active job sites Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and workflow Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and code standards Communicate clearly with customers, project managers, and office staff Read and interpret plans, scopes of work, and job specifications Manage materials, equipment, and deliveries Document job progress, issues, and completed work Train and mentor crew members Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site Troubleshoot problems and make on‑site decisions as needed•Qualifications 3+ years of construction experience (roofing, siding, spray foam, remediation, or general construction preferred) Previous leadership or supervisory experience Strong understanding of job site safety practices Ability to read plans, scopes, and measurements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Problem‑solver with a positive, team‑focused attitude•
Requirements and Qualifications Physical Strength and Stamina :
Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, pulling, and pushing.
Lifting Ability :
Must be able to lift and move heavy objects (typically up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, sometimes more depending on the project).
Work Environment :
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (rain, sun, snow, wind).
Reliability :
Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential.
Teamwork and Communication :
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, follow instructions, and communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers.
Safety Consciousness :
Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to adhering to all safety regulations.
Licenses :
A valid driver's license
