Job Description

Program Supervisor Manitowoc/Two Rivers (and surrounding area) At Limitless Possibilities , we provide a supportive living environment that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being. Job Summary Program Supervisors oversee Direct Support Professionals and Program Coordinators who support adults with disabilities in home, community, and vocational settings. They ensure care plans are followed, staff are supported and developed, and members receive high-quality, person-centered care that promotes safety, independence, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities Direct Support:
Provide person-centered care that promotes choice, independence, and engagement in daily life.
Health & Safety:
Develop, monitor, and adjust support plans to ensure wellness and safety goals are met.
Support Plans:
Coordinate goal-driven plans, track progress, and collaborate with families, providers, and team members.
Community Inclusion:
Support members in pursuing education, employment, volunteering, retirement, and social opportunities.
Teamwork & Professional Growth:
Foster strong communication, teamwork, and professional development among staff.
Staffing:
Recruit, hire, train, coach, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals.
Service Quality:
Ensure compliance with all regulations and manage resources to maintain high-quality services.
Advocacy:
Champion members' rights and opportunities for meaningful community participation.
Leadership:
Model professionalism, pursue ongoing development, and promote a positive workplace culture.
On-Call Coverage:
Participate in an on-call rotation to support staff and members after hours. Qualifications Minimum 21 years of age. High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience providing community supports to individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong reasoning, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal). Valid driver's license and automobile insurance. Commitment to providing individualized support, teamwork, and maintaining quality programming. Ability to follow guidance, make sound judgments, and perform reasonable requests to meet members' needs. Proficiency with computers (word processing, email, etc.). Able to work cooperatively with developmentally disabled adults, using verbal instruction or other communication methods as needed. Physically able to stand, sit, bend, lift, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and move intermittently; frequently lift/move up to 25 pounds. Dexterity for repetitive hand actions, grasping, and fine manipulation.
