Restoration Supervisor

Job Overview Servpro of N. Kanawha and Teays Valley is Hiring an IICRC certified Restoration Supervisor. This position offers hourly pay with the potential to earn between $45,000 and $65,000 annually, depending on hours worked and performance incentives, including, on-call bonuses, overtime and PPE pay. On a daily basis, we tear up floors, remove drywall, suck up water, set up drying equipment, clean up contamination from mold, and fires. On a regular basis, you will be required to lift at least 50 pounds. We are often the first people on the scene after someone has a major disaster in their home, so if you get satisfaction from helping others, then this position might be the perfect fit for you. Most days, the hours are 7:30-4 Monday through Friday, but since we are a growing team, there are times we have to stay a little late to get done what we need to. There is also an emergency response on call rotation (one week period) that comes with a $100 bonus per week and a $50 bonus for every job responded to. I want to be the biggest restoration company in Virginia, which is why we are looking to hire team members to be on the ground floor and help us build the business.
