Job Description

A well-established mechanical contractor is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of complex mechanical construction projects. This is a senior-level role for someone who has grown up in the mechanical contracting world — you know how to run a job from buyout to closeout, manage budgets and field forces, and protect the project when things get complicated. What you'll own Full financial performance of assigned projects — budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and monthly contract valuations Contract administration from execution through closeout — subcontracts, change orders, billings, retention, and receivables Project scheduling, procurement coordination, and buyout planning to hit schedule dates and budget targets Field staffing, labor resource loading, productivity oversight, and tools/equipment management Submittal review and approvals, permitting, pre-construction turnover meetings, and all required project documentation Protect the company's interests by ensuring all contracts, claims exposure, and documentation are properly managed What we're looking for Mechanical contractor background is required — this is not a general GC or MEP consulting role. Direct experience working for a mechanical contractor — HVAC, plumbing, piping, process, or related mechanical construction 10+ years of project management experience on commercial or industrial mechanical projects Strong command of project financials — you've owned budgets, managed cost reports, and understood the numbers deeply Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field — or demonstrated equivalent experience Strong communicator comfortable working across field crews, subcontractors, owners, and executive leadership Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with minimal oversight #
PPSHP Pay:
$88,258.83 - $130,000.00 per year
