Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Inspector specialized in Industrial Process Piping and Mechanical Construction to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all piping systems and mechanical components meet rigorous quality standards, adhere to project specifications, and comply with safety regulations. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction. Duties Conduct thorough quality inspections of industrial process piping, mechanical systems, and pipeline installations on construction sites. Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify compliance with project specifications and technical requirements. Perform detailed analysis of construction processes, identifying potential issues early to prevent delays or rework. Collect and document data related to inspection results, material conditions, and workmanship quality for reporting purposes. Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to safety standards, codes, and contractual obligations. Collaborate with construction management teams to address non-conformances, recommend corrective actions, and verify resolution effectiveness. Conduct regular site inspections, including visual assessments and measurement verifications, to uphold quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Skills Strong knowledge of construction processes related to industrial piping, mechanical systems, and pipeline installation. Proven experience in quality control and inspection within construction environments. Excellent blueprint reading skills along with the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately. Analytical skills necessary for assessing construction quality issues and implementing effective solutions. Familiarity with construction management practices, contracts, and data collection methods. Ability to perform detailed construction inspections on-site while maintaining safety protocols. Effective communication skills for reporting findings clearly and collaborating with diverse teams on complex projects.
