Job Description

Since 1991 Intec Services Inc. has been working with Utility Companies not just here in Arizona but throughout the United States. Did you know our senior management started with Intec Services Inc. as an Inspector? Start your career as an Inspector Trainee and be promoted to an Inspector in an average of 6-8 weeks. At Intec Services Inc., we believe in providing opportunities for growth! Intec Services Inc. is a 34-year strong company that provides a variety of services to the electric and telecommunications industries.
Responsibilities:
Hire, train, and manage a field crew of 1-3 people. Maintain all tools, vehicles, and equipment. Achieve expected safety, quality, and production goals. Collect field data and maintain daily and weekly report.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 19 years old and have a high school diploma or GED. Possess leadership qualities to effectively supervise and motivate a working field crew. Assume full responsibility for the safe operation and maintenance of a company vehicle, equipment, and tools. Ability to positively represent the Intec Services Inc. to customers and the communities in which they work. Enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather and have the desire to actively participate in physically demanding work lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Willing to travel locally, statewide or regionally as required.
We offer the following:
Starts at $17 per hour during training. Once promoted to Inspected hourly wage will increase to $18 per hour with the opportunity for Overtime hours based on production. Paid on-the-job training! You earn while you learn. When traveling away from home Intec offers $10 per hour Per Diem - TAX FREE. Full-time, year-round employment. Medical Insurance and Health Savings Account.
