From site preparation to finishing touches, you'll work alongside skilled professionals to build structures and outdoor spaces that stand the test of time. Responsibilities Assist with site setup, including material handling, layout, and preparation for construction activities Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as metal installation, painting, fabricating, T&G, and a multitude of additional construction tasks. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate project execution Perform construction inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols throughout each phase Follow all safety guidelines diligently while working on construction sites to prevent accidents and maintain a secure environment Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or metal fabrication preferred but not required; training provided for motivated newcomers Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation is highly desirable Knowledge of construction safety standards and inspection procedures is beneficial Basic understanding of outdoor design and construction Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions while working independently when needed Join us in building something extraordinary!
