Required Skills and Abilities:

5 years minimum experience working in a Quality Inspection environment. Perform inspections using a Faro Arm, portable CMM, in combination with Verisurf Metrology Software. Perform inspections using standard and conventional inspection tools. Able to produce inspection reports using both Verisurf Metrology Software and MS Excel templates. Fully understand

GD&T ANSI 14.5Y.

Job duties will include all of the above, but not limited to "hands on" involvement with our customer/source inspections, in-process inspection, and Wilcox Machine Co. engineering. Applicant may be required to demonstrate the ability to open a solid model using Verisurf Software, then best fit and inspect the part geometry using a Faro Arm. Applicant may also be asked to demonstrate some general shop math knowledge, such as trigonometry and calculating thermal expansion. An applicant with "hands on" skills and abilities to align, assemble, build tooling, and install critical flight hardware, would be considered a plus.
