Job Description

Want to join the #1 independently owned Inspection Company in the nation? We are seeking Certified Home Inspectors to help respond to the continuously increasing demand for home inspections. Not certified, we also provide paid training. QUALIFICATIONS
Inspection certification or willingness to pursue certification Some form of construction experience Valid driver's license Excellent customer service skills Good driving record Ability to work independently Must be in good physical health and willing to pass a certified physical. Must pass a detailed background check •
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct inspections of residential properties, including all major systems and components. Including crawling in attics and under foundations Inspect various systems in a variety of houses (inspecting attics, electrical panels, crawl spaces and roofs) Generate comprehensive inspection reports outlining the home's condition, addressing any issues or concerns, and explaining them to clients clearly and concisely. Learn sewer camera inspections and mold inspections
Compensation:
$50,000 to $80,000 average range with hourly pay, training rate will apply until you are inspecting solo. Growth paths established to continue increasing your earnings.
