Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Technician to join our team in Pleasanton, CA . The Ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in field testing and inspection of soils and concrete, with ACI certifications .

Key Responsibilities:

Perform field and lab testing of soils, concrete, aggregates, and other construction materials in accordance with ASTM, AASHTO, and project specifications. Collect and record accurate data for engineering analysis and reporting. Perform quality inspections on concrete and masonry work. Collaborate with project managers and contractors to address any issues or discrepancies. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and ensure proper safety procedures are followed on job sites.

Qualifications:

ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician - Grade I Certification (required) Construction experience Experience with soil density testing, concrete sampling, and construction site inspections Understanding of ASTM, AASHTO, and local regulatory standards Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for company vehicle use) Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be able to walk, stand, and work on uneven terrain for extended periods
