  • Onsite) W2 Employment 40 hours/week, 1 Month Assignment A leading medical institution is seeking an Inspector to assess room conditions, identify damages, and support maintenance readiness following student move-out.
This role ensures spaces are properly prepared for incoming residents by coordinating inspections, documentation, and repair workflows.
Inspector Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed room and facility inspections to assess condition, identify damages, safety concerns, missing items, and maintenance needs. Collaborate with custodial teams and Housing Building Managers to identify deficiencies, recommend corrective actions, and ensure spaces meet move-in readiness standards. Create and manage work orders for maintenance issues, track completion, and verify vendor work, cleaning, and repairs. Document findings, generate reports, and prepare preliminary damage billing assessments using photos, forms, and established guidelines. Support operational tasks including inventory counts, asset tracking, key accountability, facility checks (e.g., custodial closets), and special projects as assigned.
Inspector Qualifications:
1+ year of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience. Experience conducting inspections, documenting findings, and coordinating maintenance or facility-related tasks. Proficiency with computer systems and software for reporting, documentation, and work order management. Valid CA Driver's License is preferred. Less than 5% of travel time is expected.
Shift:
7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday. Occasional extended hours after 5:00 pm or weekends based on operational needs. (H)
