DOE Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Termite Inspector to perform residential and commercial inspections. The ideal candidate is professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused, with the ability to clearly identify issues and communicate findings to homeowners, real estate professionals, and internal staff. Key Responsibilities Perform termite and wood-destroying organism (WDO) inspections Inspect crawl spaces, attics, basements, garages, and exteriors Identify evidence of termites, dry rot, fungus, and other WDO activity Complete accurate inspection reports and diagrams Communicate findings clearly with clients, realtors, and office staff Follow all state regulations and company procedures Maintain inspection tools, vehicle, and equipment Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Qualifications Valid termite/structural pest inspector license (required or ability to obtain) Experience in termite or pest inspections preferred Knowledge of construction and pest biology a plus Strong attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to access crawl spaces, roofs, and confined areas Valid driver's license and clean driving record What We Offer Competitive pay Company vehicle and equipment Paid training and continuing education
