The Home Inspector will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential/commercial properties, documenting findings, and preparing detailed reports for clients. The role involves identifying areas that require repair or maintenance, answering client inquiries, and ensuring adherence to safety and industry regulations. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and observational skills Knowledge of residential/commercial construction, building codes, and safety regulations Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to adapt to various work environments and schedules Certification or license as a Home Inspector is preferred (ASHI or similar) Dual licensed as a Branch 3 WDO inspector is a plus
